- What is a credit?
- Credits are how we meter LLM usage. A typical short Q&A on gpt-4o-mini costs roughly 1 credit; longer answers or gpt-4o cost more. You see the exact debit per message in your dashboard.
- Monthly or annual — which should I pick?
- Pick monthly if you're still evaluating fit or your usage fluctuates. Pick annual if you've committed to the tool and want to lock the rate for 12 months — annual bundles your full year of credits up front, so heavy months and light months smooth out.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Every renewal adds your monthly allowance to your balance — unused credits roll over and stack with any top-ups. Credits never expire on their own.
- Is there a trial?
- The free tier is open-ended (50 welcome credits, 3 assistants). It's enough to fully evaluate the product before you upgrade — no card required.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy and you can cancel from your account in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, and any credits you've already earned stay in your balance.
